Default quarter panel clip

I backed into a pole going 2mph and broke the rear quarter panel clip that holds the bumper to the quarter panel. Does anyone know the a part number for the clip that holds the bumper tot he QP? Its an internal part and the body shop told me it will take 2 mins to clip on.

Don't see what you're asking about after a quick look maybe you'll find it.

If you can take a picture of the damage and post it, we can probably tell you which parts are required.

Or you can just print out the diagram and take it to your body shop guy. He can probably point them out easily

I finally took some pictures of the damage. The bumper came unhinged where the QP meets the bumper. I am thinking the part is 52161B. It's part number is 52161-02020?

Dave. I'm sorry. But those pictures do not help. We needed to see if the "tabs" on the bumper that snap in, are damaged/broken. If they are as I expect, you will need a new bumper to get everything set properly again.

I had a body shop look at it and was told it only needed the clips and he would do it for free. Said it would take 5mins. Let me take better pics.

If you have someone (a professional) that will do it for free then don't worry about it. We were trying to help if you were going to do it because you asked. Congrats on avoiding anything serious.🤗

Watch the first 45 seconds of this video (Just the first 45 seconds)

I think these are the clips your guy is talking about.

That's a good representation. It shows the "tabs" that are part of the actual bumper cover and the replaceable plastic "clip" screwed into the body that those tabs pop into holding everything in place and properly aligned. If you have pulled your bumper cover for anything, you get where I am coming from.😁 I just pulled my sons last weekend to replace a front lamp. PITA. But easier than trying to wiggle your hand in there to change a bulb. 😏

Not sure if it helps but when I purchased my car the rear bumper was a little loose on each side and these were the clips I replaced on each end where it attached to the body. I used the existing screws but the original clips where shot.
