AC blower motor not blowing/running
I have a 2002 SC 430 and the AC quit blowing. I have checked all the fuses and there is no issue there. I removed the Cabin Air Filter and found a rat nest on top. I have cleaned it out and put a new filter in place. The blower motor is still not running. The fan control shows the different levels of speed on the indicator. Any suggestions on how I can find out if there is a broken wire or if the fan controller module has gone out? Also, where can I get a diagram of where the module is and how to get to it.
Thanks

Your best bet is to pull out the cabin filter again and look into the void. Rats usually chew wires near their nest to make more space. If you can't see anything, then you will have to remove the lower panel by your feet and look up.
Chewed wires are usually easy to find. If you don't see any, then you want to put a volt meter (or even a circuit tester) on the blower motor wires and see if you are getting any power.
If you aren't getting any power, make your way back to the blower motor controller and see if you get any power there.
Eventually you will find the broken link in the chain
