AC blower motor not working

AC blower motor not working
I checked the fuses and switched some relays around and all good. I got error codes 21, 24, & 36 on AC panel then code 36 went away while holding it down for a while. 21& 24 codes are normal, I think. How do I check the blower motor control module? What else could it be? btw, I just had the dash replaced; so could a connection have come loose? Thx
ps. I did a search before posting and couldn't find anything specific to the GX
pss. is 87165C the right pn for the controller? looked on sewell trying to find it.

update***
pulled glovebox out, pulled cabin filter out, and put my hand in the blower to turn it. It initially felt like it was stuck but then turned freely once I tried to turn it. Turned key on & fan started working. I will have to monitor it but possible that the fan is going out or??? Anyway, working for now. :-)
