Air conditioning failure
After having spent $950 on complete rebuild on my A/C the system started not working 8 months later then working and eventually not working at all.The freon pressure levels are where they should be. The compressor does not engage and the fan does not turn on. I put in new compressor relays. I did a code check and got the following codes 13-41-43-46. 13 is the evaporator circuit. The other codes are air servo motor related. The air conditioning air supply was perfect before the system quit.
ANY IDEAS?

Do you have a OBDII code reader? If so, read the codes and see what comes up. If not go to your local autoparts store and ask them to read your codes. They usually do it for free.
Hopefully you will get a P0538 code (or something in that range)
If you do then you can read this article about the temperature sensor on your condenser (Even if you don't get the codes read, you can still read this article I guess)

For those of you wondering about the codes he gave, you can check out this post about the AC systems self diagnostic

I have never had this problem, but *THINK* it might be this sensor

Thanks for your input. I looked that part up as to location. It seems that the dash would have to be removed to change this part out. I am going to see if Techstream will isolate the problem. I am hoping to get Techstream installed In a few days.
