It is so beautiful ,I feel so blest i got it for 15k ,a little more than i had hoped ,but considering the great shape it is in. i think it was a good price. Thank you for the help in July.
Do you know where i woudl find the video that i saw o this site re how to upholster rear headrests?
congrats! can't find a video, but maybe this will help.

If there is one auto maker to trust getting a 15-20 year old vehicle from and daily driving it, it would be Lexus. Can't wait to see what this thing looks like.

i uploaded a pic into the pic section but it does not do it justice . the couple i bought it from ,purchased it in 2006 with 28k miles on it as a pre certified lexus and they only put 44k miles in 17 years,so the inside and outside is beautiful. i love this car. i ordered touch up paint from lexus for touchup

Beautiful! I really wanted a white one -- my boss has a white 2006 SC with all the chrome trim/accent pieces done in black, and black wheels.

I'm a recent SC buyer as well. Enjoy the ride!

It is a White Gold Crystal! Looks good. What's the interior color? Saddle? Did White come in different interior colors? Mine is Ecru (White).

And I'd think the LS in particular packs every bit the load of tech that the same-age SC430 does (not to mention the same engine). Has your car suffered any of this type of failure?
Toyota lasts forever - GM dealer in our little town said to me one time Toyota?? Everyone should own one.
So, my bride and I just sold our 1998, LS 400, with 135,000 miles on the clock. 23 years of age and NEVER in the garage for ANYTHING WRONG!!!! Only expense was consumables, ie., batteries, tires, wiper blades, oil changes, etc.....

Our 2004 SC430, which we picked up in 2007, same thing - only consumables. Singular issue with it is the VSC light which triggers others - blows a P0051 code which I believe is right front oxygen sensor which we continue to drive 10 years after it first appeared.

Bottom line, they are really "bullet proof"... (old USAF fighter pilot!). One good reason why there are sooo many on the road...
