Had the same issue. Couldn't find a fix. I went to Ebay and found a pair at a decent price, new ones were/are out of the question, way too expensive. The exchange is very simple.
Thanks…that’s what I thought…4Runner has same problem and there’s no fix because the shell of the visor is thermo welded together and trying to separate it is impossible….replacement for sure…
