Default Spindle grille

Hello! shiny new member here.Got my 430 about a year ago and love it. My next vehicles will be Lexus! I fell in love with the spindle grille conversion and wonder if anyone has produced a replacement kit. Thanks for any forthcoming information.

Sorry not for me. The spindle grill is the most ugly thing Lexus has designed especially when it’s large opening.

I searched for, and finally found, a thread on this group showing a japanese owner who modified a spindle grille to fit an SC.. Aaaand I lost it again. If you search and find that thread you might change your mind about this particular change; or not. Bookmarks bar faied me.

Not sure where Sahores is but if you meant 'shores' no, I'm in Charlotte so pretty far.

you have come to the right place for SC430 friends. In short order, you should find the most helpful and knowledgeable people in any car forum.
Dave is a Great Guy too. He is the top admin for CL.

There are some on here who like the OEM look and feel while others have done plenty of mods.
Like Harold said, cutting off the rear headrests is a new one for most of us.

But it’s your car and I would like to see how it comes out. As you know, the rear seats are useless and some have modified them to become two sub woofers to include an area to house all of the amps.

Lexus doesn't make these anymore, but the Cruising Shelf they released covered the rollbars with fabric.

They integrated the headrests and the roll bars into one cover. It does give it an appealing look. (though I don't think I would compromise the safety aspect by removing them)
