Compass mirror question

Compass mirror question
Is my '07 SC430 is supposed do have a compass in the rear view mirror? There is no window in the glass for a compass display nor is there any mention of a compass in the owners manual. My other cars have compasses and not having one in the SC is a bit disappointing. I thought that maybe the mirror was replaced at one time (I'm 3rd owner) but since it's not mentioned in the manual maybe it never had one???
