Check Lexus driver/carfax for service history. If they are up-to-date you got a good deal in my opinion.

Get the VIN and add it to your Lexus account then view all the detail about those services.

Once added, you can view the entire service history of the car since the day the owner bought it provided that the car has been serviced with Lexus dealers, which in this case, you told us he did.
It has a lot of details compare to carfax.
