I was watching a Video on YouTube by Sam Crac. He needed a Tech2 scanner for his corvette. He bought an emulator off amazon.

Looking it up, I see they also make one for Techstream/Toyota/Lexus

I have never used it, seen it or even read a review about it, but I think it may be an option for people that don't want to try and get techstream working on their computer.

 

It looks like it got decent reviews on Amazon. One of the questions was would it work on a 2003 SC430 and the answer was yes.

It doesn't sound like it is an easier to install though.

 

If I’m not mistaken, you still need Techstream software. This works like a wireless cable.

 

Looking through the ad again, that makes sense. It is not wireless, but it probably works like the Techstream Cable you have to buy to get TIS to work
