Default Windscreen for SC430

http://www.windblox.com/styles/lexus_sc430_regular.htm

Anyone try this? Does it work? There are 2 sizes. I know that it doesn't look great but it must work better than what we have now.

OK, that made me laugh. I ALREADY put the top if its 50 degrees or warmer.

The unit does look solid and seems to have advantages over mesh. Not sure why they have multiple strap holes, unless this is generic. Seems like there should not need to be adjustment and certainly not the range that seems to be available in the photo. Finally, why put the buckles on the driver's side? Seems like they would be less noticeable on the back of the headrest.

I guess I'm just cheap. I carry around a 50 inch television set in the back seat and it is a great wind blocker.

I bought something like this for my Thunderbird that I had. It was terrible. It was a total waste of money. In fact, It was in my car one time. Then it was in the trash.

I just got this and it does the job pretty well. It is a universal item that is why they have multiple holes.

I would highly recommend this item for the price of $137.

The few items that I think need to be addressed that I have also passed on to the seller are: the belt is a bit tricky to adjust the first time around and could look fancier, there could be additional padding on the belt and the portion of the screen that makes contact with the headrest to protect the headrest.

You should get it.

EDIT**** I bought this off ebay for $137 shipped, the things that I felt it lacked were actually available on the direct website link in the OP of this thread.

The SC is way too nice a car for this. Those funky straps going over the headrest? Uh, no.

EDIT: PLUS, you'd think that if they were specifically targeting SC430 owners they'd at least have a photo of it in an SC. Fail.

We already have a small windscreen that does a really good job. I can still hear the radio when the top is down as long as it' 60mph or less.
