And BTW- what' with the "SNOW" setting? Are there actually folks out there who would drive an SC on anything but blue-sky/dry road days?
My SC is my DD so I drive in all sorts of conditions and I use the Snow setting the majority of the time when I'm commuting or puttin' around town. I switch it to Normal or Sport when I find myself on nice roads (Tahoe, Mt. Tamalpais, back roads to the beach, etc.) or when I want to make a point (passing/evading poor drivers). The way I see it, the snow setting is like having a dial that goes to eleven- more precision in application of power, not to mention the extra economy. I find that it coasts much better in traffic or when driving around parking lots as well. As much as I enjoy driving fast, I don't like "lurching" at all when I'm driving slow and Snow makes for a smoother ride. Also- most drinks love to jump out of my cup holders in Normal and Sport unless I'm really gentle on the throttle.
