Check your owners manual for the operation of volume control switches on the steering wheel. There is also volume control in the navigation screen setup. Of course this assumes you have OEM equipment and not aftermarket stuff.

telephone settings begin about page 108 of the Navigation manual. But your question may have more to do with the volume and set switches on the steering wheel pad.
