Had a similar issue before... shops estimated around 1200-1500, not too hard to replace yourself if you’re willing to do that, I have some links for a very affordable bumper that comes painted.

I didn’t because I was lucky enough to have Lexus damage it even more a couple weeks later during service to the point where it definitely needed to be replaced and was able to convince them to replace it for free lol
