Default Wheel speed sensors rear. Need help

Hello all... hope everyone is having a good new year... so here’s the rundown... I have an 02 sc430... I have an abs, traction control, and brake light warning. In addition, my speedometer is not working and at very low speeds my power steering is no where to be found... I’m checking all the wheel speed sensors and ohming them out.. both fronts are reading 7.21 with my multimeter at the 20k setting for ohms... I tried to pull the rear but the wire runs in the wheel well behind the plastic wheel well guard... I tried to look everywhere to find the connector so I can ohm it out... can anyone please advise me how to access the rear connectors so I can check/swap them. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Why don’t we back up a little.

give us more background to your problem.

how many miles on your car...doesn’t really matter but just for reference.
any maintenance lately, Even rotating tire’s?
how did you notice the lights the first time, driving, sitting still, pressed the brakes?

Default More info

Car has 139k miles... it happened while driving on the freeway at 70mph... the car sat for a while while waiting for an insurance claim for a fender bender, then came on on the first long road trip with it. No recent service... tires were mounted a year ago with an alignment and new tpms sensors... at that time I reset the steering angle sensor

How about codes?
do you have a code reader or can you take it to have the codes read?
is the brake fluid at the correct level?

can you post a pic of all the dash lights when the engine is on but in park?

Can you tell us more about the fender bender? If the problem arose shortly after that, I think the two may be related.

Which fender was bent?

My scanner wont scan the abs system. I haven't taken it in because I figured I'd try to troubleshoot myself first... here are the pics at 65mph

Dont know if the pics posted, but if not I'll try on my desktop when home... the drivers side front bumper and fender was swiped. Mind you, the car was driven for a little bit after the fender bender, to and from the bodyshop, everything normal

It's possible the sensor was damaged when the bodyshop was repairing your car. Since the sensor tested good, i wonder if they pinched one of the wires when they put the new fender on.

I think you are going to need access to techstream, toyotas diagnostic software. You can buy a copy off ebay very inexpensively. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc4...solutions.html
