Default ignition coil connector

I have a 2010 SC430 that has developed a misfire at low speed, under load. I replaced the ignition coils but I suspect there is a connector issue with the #1 cylinder. Is this a DIY replacement or do I need a certified Lexus mechanic??

Hey GHEIN, welcome to Club Lexus! Can you clarify your question? Do you want help figuring out the misfire, or do you want to know how hard it is to replace a coil pack?

If a new plug is what you are looking for here is a link to one. As always diagnosis what you need for sure. If need be it's cheaper to even pay the diagnostic fee. Then repair it yourself if one is not sure of the problem. https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...connector,2592
