Default Front Bumper Off What lights to Replace

Ok The passenger side low beam head light has gone out on Son's 2005 SC 430. The Toyota dealer is going to charge him $175 for 1 90981-2005 Bulb HID. I suggested to the son that if they had to remove the bumper to replace the light he might just as well replace all the lights in the front. If he could to replace with LED's $175 seem a little high for a light bulb? So could someone provide a list of which light bulbs he can replace while the front bumper is off. Which light bulbs can be changed to LED's A part number or link to order the light bulbs from.

Thanks for your help. I appreciate it. Note the son is not going to do this himself. He has neither the time nor the desire.

The average cost of replacement bulbs around 30 dollars.
Amazon Amazon

You can replace the high beam with LED but the high beam function is bad. You can also replace the side marker lights and parking lights with LEDs. That's about it.

So if he uses LED's for the side marker and parking lights does he need to do anything other than just replace with the new LED's? How many side marker and parking lights are there on the front end of a 2005 SC 430? The Car is in VA and I am in AR. I was think he might as well change the fog lamp lights as well as long as the bumper is off. I was looking on rockauto and they seem to carry everything. So I guess it would be

2 Highs Beam Standard
2 Low Beam Standard
2 Fog lights standard
How many side marker and parking lights?

It looks like Phillips made the original OEM lights? Is this the recommended brand?

Thanks

I would be pleasantly surprised if the toyota dealer would use non toyota parts if they are doing the "Repair." You may have to see what Lighting options they offer, though my gut feeling is they will only offer the stock options.

2 Low Beams that I found on E-bay for $35.98 are from Lexus in a Lexus Box. They are the same number 90981-2005 that is on the invoice. They did not have in stock and had to order. If I had the Lexus number for the high beams and fog lights I would search e-bay for them as well. Anyone have the correct Lexus numbers for the high beam and fog lights? Steve is ok with not switching any lights to LED but given that most if not all are original we thought we might just as well change everything under the front bumper as long as he was paying labor to remove it to replace the 1 low beam.
