Default Front bumper advice

I purchased a 2003 SC430 (135K miles). The bumpers were a little dinged. I've removed the front and rear bumpers and am looking to replace with new.
Most seller give you the option of getting the front bumper WITHOUT the washer openings. I see where some folks have issues with their head light washers. I'm curious to see what you folks think.

If this were your car, would you replace with or without openings for washers?

Thanks!!!!

I like the washers, it just depends on your preference...mine work with no issues.

I don't like headlight washers. Washer fluid has become caustic to aid in cleaning the windscreen of dirt, salt, bugs. This means when it gets on your paint it removes your lsp. The headlight washers spray the headlight, bumper, fender, hood. For this reason I even use the windscreen washers only if absolutely necessary, and use the least amount necessary.
If you have a quality coating it's not going to be affected by it till it's near the end of its life. It is a issue if you're using a wax, or sealant as your lsp. Just my reasoning for not liking headlight washers.

As one who replaced the washers when they broke, I can say that it is an easy fix if they break.

OTOH, I think they are pretty useless and the bumper would look better without the cutout. I think they were included as a "gee whiz" feature back in 2002 to help justify the $72K list price.

Default That seems to be the consensus.

From bouncing around the threads, "no washers" seems to be the consensus. Maybe I can pay for some of the bumper work by selling off the parts...hehe.

Thanks.

Default Front bumper

You sweet talker.
Now, if you have any ideas where to get the best....least expensive, OEM bumpers....

If you are going to replace both the front and rear bumper, you might want to go with this, though I hear it is a HUGE pain to put on.

I think that I've only used my headlight washers to put on a show. Now if I did a lot of night driving through the country where they'd get caked with bugs, it might be a different story.

Default How HUGE

I took the front and rear off with no problems.
This looks pretty nice. I'm just an average guy who's decent with a wrench. Can I handle HUGE?
