SC430 Gen 4.1 Navigation

I'm looking for the Gen 4.1 navigation upgrade disc for my 2005 Lexus SC430. The dealer has it for $199. Is there somewhere I can get a legitimate copy of the upgrade for less?

ebay has used legitimate copies...they have the others also.
