Have any of you successfully used KYB strut mounts?

2006 SC430. Rock Auto has KYB strut mounts at $40 each . Lexus charges $85 each. Has anyone had any issues with KYB mounts?
Looks like I am going with Lexus stock parts for front and back struts.
I am going with this place for parts . https://www.lexuspartshub.com any experience with them?

I used KYB struts and KYB strut mounts on the front of my SC430 when I replaced the worn originals last year. Felt a big improvement in the ride. I put on almost 5,000 miles since then and have had no issues. I replaced the rear struts with factory Lexus parts ( $267 for the pair ) at the same time.

do you know if the 2006 SC fits that strut from a GS300.

Which Lexus dealer gave you that great discount. On the rear sruts? Also does anyone know if the Gs300 front struts fit 2006?. Thanks

I know from the BMW forum, the reviews were mostly positive for them. The ones that weren't happy, thought they were upgrading from Oem.
