SC430 towing RV?

If sc430 had a Highlander engine in it, why wouldn't you be able to tow a RV with it, if the frame were cross braced?

That wouldn't mean the suspension, rear end, cooling system. Transmission, etc could handle it. The same 4.3L is used in the Tacoma, but that doesn't mean the sc430 can handle that towing capacity.
