Observed my 2002 SC 430 fans keep runnuing all the time...
Suspect the fan relay to be going bad.......... would appreciate if anyone is kind enough to give me the details of the relay (part number) so I can source for it...... thanks

I did an internet search for sc430 fan relay https://duckduckgo.com/?q=sc430+fan+...nt&ia=products
It came up with many sources, one of which is Lexus of South Atlanta. If you click there, you can see the part number. Interestingly, it is about the same price from them as it is for rock auto.
If I were you, I would find a similar relay in the fuse box for something less essential. I would swap it out for an hour and see if it resolves your problem.
Maybe your thermostat is stuck close or you are low on coolant.
