Tech Stream available for iphone or a complete scanner?

Wondering if tech stream is available as a handheld scanner or for iphone in place if using an old laptop?

No there's no app for your phone. Here is the unit the dealer uses. http://www.m2kinc.com/detail-tis-tec...3-25-24-1.html . You can use your laptop and $30 in software, or spend a small fortune on the purpose built standalone unit.

Is it just the plug in I need and it comes with software of do you need to buy software separate from the plug in?

Actually windows 7 home premium 64 bit, not sure it can work?
