Default Tein CS coilers old ones adjusting height

My SC has been sitting in the garage a number of years and the suspension has dropped back wheels are now on the arches. I did not install the Teins myself originally, how do I adjust the height? theres two rings and this is the rear left when in car. Do I just turn the top ring right to bring up?

You have to loosen the bottom ring first. It acts as a lock. Then you can raise or lower the car with the top ring. When you get the height set. Hold the top ring and tighten the bottom ring back up to it.

Yes on the direction. You can by coilover wrenches on eBay. You can jack up the corner your working on to help unload the weight. You just have to keep dropping it down off the jack to check the height.

Would a spring compressor help to take the pressure off the nut?

Cheers good idea, got one somewhere.

When I turn the bottom nut both are spinning, trying to hold top nut and turn bottom but without the proper spanners is impossible
