I have a 2003 SC430 with 4000 miles. Already I have several paint chips from road stones and scratches over several parts of the car. I am extremely careful with the car. The dealer told me the paint chips and scratches easily because Lexus doesn't use lead in their paint, but I talked to my friend who owns an auto body shop who said that's BS. I've also talked to two friends with SC430's who are having similiar problems. Anyone else having problems?

 

I have 3700 mi. on my SC and noticed the same thing. I was hoping that it was just scatches in the clear coat but maybe there is no clear coat. Very discouraging...
