Seems like I remember a thread or two about someone modifying their SC with a Tundra engine and transmission but I don't think they completed it here on this forum. I could be wrong though. (Your link may be the same folks.)

 

From my understanding, Joe (Drfiter) Vick was the man taking on the Tunda 5.7L into the SC430. I've tried to contact Joe through multiple methods (email, websites, vendors, FB, YT, etc) and haven't gotten a response. There was a lot of hype around this build but no updates that I can find, unfortunately. I assume he completed the build as there are a few videos and photos of him driving and drifting. Anyway, wish there was something recent on this build. I can only imagine what a beast it must be!

 

He is posting on IH8MUD now, putting a SC supercharged engine in a FJ40. I will watch for updates.
