Went to top it up and the water was going everywhere !! Looked like a really hard fix but got it sorted in 15 mins. A small pipe (that feeds the headlamp washers) that goes into the washer motor had popped off..

 

Our SC had the same issue...then after I corrected the leak, the wind shield water nozzle hoses where disconnected.

 

yeah, i had the same problem. It actually broke at the connector where the clamp holds the hose to the plastic nozzle. I had to superglue it back together. No problems now.
