Doesn't seem to be anything wrong, the car runs great and there is a small volume increase in the V8 sound... for some reason i thought it would provide cooler air and boost hp.. after further forum research (after i bought intake) i found that the additional work

to make this work is above my skill level.. are their any kits available to enclose the intake..otherwise it will go to the classified... thanks for your help...

Interesting. I have my Cusco but haven't installed it yet. You felt no difference top up or down? Aside from handling, it did nothing for cowl shake? I'm not expecting miracles from the install but I would have expected some rigidity improvement
Also, is there a definitive answer on what the factory wants the three strut top bolts to be torqued to? I've found numbers from 41 lb/ft up to 50 lb/ft. I think I even saw a mention of 58. I guess there's a range of acceptability but I don't see why the factory number wouldn't work. Thanks.
