Default Swapping 2006+ headlights into a 2002?
Do you need anything but the housing and the bulbs? I understand there will be a minor fit issue on the inside corner, and I don't care too much about adaptive beams.

I believe that you will have to take off the front bumper. Then install the head lights due to the inside corner.

...there will be a fitment issue on inside corner & also the outer edge.I did this mod a few months ago, but went with a modded 06' bumper to get a good proper fit

Are you certain? This picture seems to indicate the outer edge fits fine:
