Default Replacing the Leather Interior

Does anyone have an idea of the cost to replace the interior all around, seats, doors console etc. Maybe someone has done it before and has some thoughts?

Are you talking about OEM from Lexus or taking it to an independent upholstery shop? There would be a huge difference. OEM is likely well north of $5,000.

1-2k for a leather kit (just the covers), a lot of companies make them, just google replacement leather seat sc430, maybe another 500 for installation unless you want to do it yourself

That was my estimate also.

Perhaps take sc430faste advice on this project. There are quite a few leather kits available out there in Google land and Ebay. You might be able to save quite a bit of money.

I found this company www.autocustomleathers.com out of Mass. Does a lot of lexus leather work. Others on the forum have used them. The whole leather kit, front and back seats, center consol, center strip and door panels runs about $1100 in whatever color you want. He has a list of installation shops around the country. That will run another $700-$900. So figure $2k to completely redo your leather interior.
