Exclamation Please help me figure out this bizarre major issue!

I saw some similar posts on here, but no solutions. I am going to try an ECU reset as suggested on another forum. In the mean time, I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this and may have a better answer.
It doesn't happen when I bring it to the service station, so they've been stumped.
I get in, start the car, it starts squeaking (seems to be near the dashboard or steering wheel area), then after 2 of 3 minutes, all the dashboard lights go on and it has a loud alarm tone AND the squeaking! I caught it on video:

Yea, as I suggested on the other forum. Try a soft ECU reset and then maybe a hard (15 min battery disconnect) reset. Hopefully that might solve this really strange problem.

Could be a dodgy battery - mine did strange things - none of it predictable

If a soft and hard reset does not solve it, try putting in a new one
