Not the valet switch, fuses all good. Dealer says ten hrs to repair but wont say what failed. Top opens half an inch then stops. Release button, it drops, hit button, it try's to open but wont. Need help!!! Any suggestions ??? Thank you

 

ten hours? that is not right.

 

It is getting a "fault" condition during movement. If you paid the dealer for the 10 hour estimate, it should tell you the fault code. If it was a free estimate, then not.
