Window problem

Window problem
My passenger side window won't roll down. Everything else on the door works including the mirror. Guessing the motor, is there a way to check it?

A) Does it go down when the top goes down?
If the answer to A) is "Yes", then...
B) are you sure the window lockout button on the driver's side door isn't enabled?
