I live in Atlanta but where can I go to get a new motor for my navigation system. And thanks for your help. This is about my 2002 SC 430 Lexus.

its possible the door may have come off the track.
the NAV screen units are sold on eBay for $200-$400.

Go to my thread of "It's Done" You can buy the whole unit and replace it for around $150 plus $15 for shipping out the door for Y$165. I also bought the 2 little motors but unless you are a electronics guy save the $12.00 for the 2 little motors and just replace the entire unit. Bgw70 who is a trained Electronic Repairman said is was way to much of PIA. The whole unit has to come apart to able to replace the motors with some very small screws. You can take your wood door panel off your unit very easy and move it over to the new unit if the wood does not match. Watch the YouTube video and it really is not very hard.
