When I purchased my used 2010 there was a scratch on the faceplate of the CD player. Probably from a women's ring. Anyway I understand Lexus does not sell just faceplates, but the whole CD player for thousands of dollars. And from what I understand the faceplate looks metal but is actually plastic. Does anybody know how I copuld get a new faceplate? Thanks

 

With so few of the 2010 models produced I see finding a face plate problematic. Obviously the older ones all have a cassette player opening and yours does not. My only suggestion would be to call or email Darrell at Sewell Lexus in Dallas...Sewell is a sponsor here and he has worked with other members on special orders in the past. I suspect the chances of ordering 2010 face plate are very slim, but it cant hurt to ask what they might be able to do.
