Question: Any way to rev the engine from the engine side?

Time for some maintenance and I would like to clean the throttle body etc and would like to keep it at a certain rpm by turning the throttle a bit.

Can this be done from the engine side? Otherwise the getto way would be to open the top and use a stick or something to rev while spraying the stuff...

Sorry I had the same issue as you. The engine uses a wire for the throttle control. You will have to find a mate of yours to help. Just buy him a pint and all is good in the end
