About the lag, try to reset the ECU before you spend money on the Blitz. The SC was designed to adapt to the owners driving style so you will want to start with your own settings. These are the steps I used, since they do not wipe your key, seat or radio memory settings. I felt a difference but I still use the ECT Power switch for sudden bursts of speed ;D. I left the car at the airport last week for a short business trip. Before I got out, I tried the steps suggested by Sapherynth. After the trip, as I was driving home, I punched it once to pass (I'm not much of a race car driver) and I noticed no hesitation.
So far, so good!

Here's an update on what happened when I tried Sapherynth's recommendation.

That is great! I am glad it worked for you and that I wasn't imagining that it worked for me too .
