brakes needing to be replaced dont really have as much to do with miles as you would think. Sure its more likely at higher miles you will replace your brakes but if your slamming on your brakes avoiding accidents alot that destroys your brakes premature. Additionally people that drive only city like myself will replace brakes alot more often then those of you that only drive on highways. Simply put im using my brakes alot more than you are (not by choice). However you can have them inspected free every time you do the oil change at the dealer and other places. You will know how you drive and how hard so that plays alot into it aside from just the noise.

Like "Mandyfig" said early on...I just really want the nice look of the drilled/slotted rotors and the lower dust levels of the ceramic pads.
