Nice performance wheel,....I'm so jealous as I'm still waiting for mine

My F05 shipment is still pending......anyone here order from Howey industries before??
I contact them and they states it should be ship out next week (no guarantee tho). I understand its a busy season that it take extra time to build, but from 2~3week to 6 weeks is somewhat disappointing.

Moreover, I receive a reminder email from PayPal today that my payment protection is up to 45 days, which is this Saturday 7/16/11. Since the wheel has not ship, I'll be screwed if there's issue with the wheel since PayPal would not back me up after 45 days. PayPal advise me to open a dispute and wait for the shipment to arrive and resolve the dispute once I receive the wheel. The dispute is more like a extended protection for me if anything happen. I really want those wheel asap!!!

Anyone here order from Howey Industries???

Rims are Konigs at 18.9 lbs each. The total weight of the rim and tire is 45.5 lbs. I didn't buy them on tirerack, since they didn't have the ones I wanted. I used victoriatire, highly recommended and inexpensive. They balanced them, gave me lugs, and hubcentric rings free.

you know what might look good and be very light weight...the IS300 17s. I know you wanted 18s but these look good my buddy has them on his ES and picked up all 4 used for around 200 bucks. Tires are cheaper too! I dont think the 17 would look that different then the 18s on the SC but maybe someone has tried a 17?

I thought about doing 17", but I couldnt bring myself to go that small. That's the size of mustang rims, which I think look too small for the car.

Btw, thanks for recommending the Hankook's. They are amazing!
