Does anyone know how to remove the speedometer gauge cluster?

 

The "Advanced" search tool at the top is your friend. Using Advanced allows you to narrow the scope of the search to the SC430 thread where you'll find four threads. Here's one: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...t-cluster.html.

Others have commented you don't need to follow all the steps mentioned in the other thread, just lower and extend the steering wheel and pull the other cover toward you.
