Default Cluster Removal - Stuck

Looking for any help here as I am trying to get my cluster out and send it in to get the needles repaired. Everything was a breeze until I was ready to try and pull the cluster out. It's as if my steering wheel does not tilt as much as I see everyone's elses in the YouTube videos I have watched. Does anyone have any pointers that has gone through this process? I am so close to getting this sucker out. Thanks!
