there currently is a sc430 spare tire only listed on ebay for $289.00, IIRC.

it is until you need one. They are more thru the dealer.

I agree but it is only my ( our? ) opinion.

I paid $30 for a used Supra SpaceSaver spare tire/wheel.

The guy was asking $35 but I asked about a Senior Discount ( ) and he said OK.

Or else go for the Tire repair kit...but have to get a contingency going for a flat tire.

There are multiple sources for the spares, whether it be the Supra, RX8, Camry or whatever. There is Craig's List, ebay, Amazon (very rare) or the appropriate forums. I got mine by joining a couple of Supra forums and requesting one. A guy across town had one that he sold me for $40+.
