To close the chapter on my install experience, I finally got the nerve today to cut the holes in the rear trunk liner so I could easily reach the ***** for adjusting the dampening. I cut 1-1/2" holes. I had bought some decorative plugs to cover the holes and painted them light gray to blend with the trunk. I got a surprise when I reinstalled the trunk liners and found the ***** actually penetrated above the holes by about an 1/8". So the plugs won't sit down flush over the *****. This also means that until I cut the holes, the trunk liner was pressing down on the top of the adjustment *****. Interesting enough, the dialed in settings had changed from the setting I last set them. They had been screwed in. This explained why I had noticed the dampening had gotten stiffer since the December install. I guess pressure down and vibration caused the ***** to screw inward. Other Megan EZ installers should be aware that the height of the adjustment ***** are taller than the trunk liner, but you really don't notice it when you put all the garnish back in the trunk. This could cause the settings to get stiffer as time goes by and the trunk liner presses down on the top of the ****.
Not sure if other SC owner have this problem.
After drive the sc for 3 month. I find that the sc430 was not comfortable at speed over 45MPH except in excellent pavement. When 50mph+, it handle pot hole good but there's a non-stop minor bouncing/shaking. Its minor but it wont stop. One word to explain it is "Unstable"!! I don;t feel any confidence to drive it over 80mph. The car bounce/shake like driving a Corolla at 80mph. In the other hand, my RSX type S with sport suspension is stiff but very stable!!
Previous owners have 82K miles with RF tire. I'm not sure if the RF damaged the spring/shock, I beleive I should do Coilover at the first place. Does the Megan EZ coilover give a more stiff but stable ride?
btw, would it just be a alignment issue???
Thank you in advance!!

I bought my SC with 84k miles. Same problem...car felt unstable. Dealer found nothing wrong. At 94k I replaced the coilovers because I felt I had to do something to resolve. The Megan EZ's resolved all my issues. Drives great now. Drives just stiff enough and very stable.

TWO things EVERYONE should do to their SC...
1. get rid of crappy runflats.
2. Megan coilovers.
the runflats are hard, heavy, uncomfortable and noisy. plus they seem to have more problems falling apart.
the coilovers will not only lower the car (which it desperately needs) but also make the ride so much better, handling improves beyond imagination.
oh and #3... some HR wheel spacers for stock wheels (I need some bad)
out of curisosity. Can the coilovers be installed leaving the car at stock height? My wife's SC needs them but doesn't want to change the height or 18" wheels.
