Maybe someone can help me? I purchased my sc430 last November and even though its a fast car I am looking for some type of after-market chip to make it faster!!!!!
I am also looking to change the color of the outer brake caliber to the color of my car since I changed the rims to a type that exposes the caliber.
Any feedback is gladly appreciated

Anthony,
welcome to ClubLexus! There is alot of useful info here for you and most everyone is extremely helpful. I don't know if there is a "chip" for the SC430, but I do know that Swift Racing in MD does alot of stuff with intakes and ecu's for the GS crowd. Some of it may work on the SC.
As far as the brake calipers go there are a few options. SOme go the Home Depot route and get high heat paint, or you could just get the G2 Brake Caliper paint and do it that way. I have done the G2 and it is a simple yet very nice way of "color coding" your calipers to the car. (It only comes in a few colors though)
Check out my review of the Caliper Paint,

and then go here to check out the pics (caliper pics at bottom)

Larry,
Honestly the G2 Paint that Johnny Mo has used is just as good if not better than powercoating.. I've gone through half a winter and all this summer and it still looks like I just painted the calipers on the wife's GS.. I'll be doing the SC430 in Silver G2 Caliper Paint when I get my Work wheels in a couple weeks.. Then next year I think i'll put the cross drilled / slotted rotors on the car..
Anthony,
Like Johnny said welcome to CL.. No chip available for power increase on the SC430.. Maybe look at getting an Injen Intake for your car as your first mod with some gains in HP and TQ.. Swift Racing should have some go fast goodies at some point for the SC430 if there is enough interest.. Check out their forum and drop them a message.. Hope that helps!
