Default Weird stuttering motion when I come to a stop

Has anyone have problem when they breaks and when the car almost come to a complete stop, you can feel this stuttering motion? My friend told me it's because the car is shifting down, but when I drive my friend's SC 430 I didn't feel as bad as my car or I couldn't feel it at all, I also know my dealership installed brand new break pad on before they sell it to me, is it normal for brand new break pad? or it's not evenly installed?

Check your gearbox oil as this case happened to me once becuse the oil was low and the gear was not shiftting at the right time.

Also I remember one of my friends had the same case on a LS400 and it disaapear after changing the breakpads and skimming the drums.

Yes, new brake pads can make that stuttering motion. Try this. Find an empty parking lot or seldom used road, take the car from 35 to 0 by pressing down hard on your brakes. Repeat about 5 times. You should then have properly worn in your brake pads. This happens when you get new rotors (esp drilled/slotted ones) as well. If this doesn't help, then you got other issues.

You also may try removing all brake pads and briefly rub the ceramic portion against concrete (like chaulk when you were a kid). This removes the glaze from the pads and provides a clean surface against the rotar. Don't forget to use brake lubricant when you reinstall them to prevent squeaks.

I also recommend buying and installing new rotars instead of turning the old ones. OEM rotars range from $80 to $120 USD.

Another way would be, if you have some hills close by, when going down at speed step on the brakes fairly hard, if you are getting a shutter through the brake pedal, it's probably the rotors have to be cut down. To make them straight again. If they took the easy way out and only changed he pads, it could be the problem. They warp with heat and then don't run true. They wobble and that is what you feel.

This process is called seating the pads.

I have a problem similar to this... I ended up getting LS bbk with new rotors and pads. After driving on it, I still have the same problem. Took it to a shop and they said it's probably the ABS sensor is going off. If your wheel tilts one way while it stutters, you probably have the same problem.
