All,
Finally managed to figure out how to work my wife's digital camera. ;-) Here are some vanity pics of my new baby...

and one last pic of the rear-end... I had to share the cool sun-flare (not due to any skill on the part of the photographer I assure you) captured just under the Lexus emblem.
A marketer's dream! ;-)

Excellent pictures!
I also have the Amethyst (or Midnight Amethyst Pearl as it's called over here in the UK).
But I went for the Saddle interior; can't decide whether I prefer yours - they're both beautiful.
And the wheels are gorgeous!

tx Guys!
pot_head: The wheels added ~4k to the cost of the car (which was priced at list). My guess is that I probably paid a little too much for the wheels, but I was in that blissful state of car buying that always costs me money.
MJB: I have the same feeling about Saddle! The dealer had another SC with the Saddle interior (diff exterior color) and it was a toss up for me between Amethyst outside and Saddle inside. Of course, the fruity-licious color finally got me.
see ya...

Lexus Champion
HAHA Ed.. Its so true Lexus made that back seat area for your small pet because no human can fit back there..
Ronnie thanks for the pictures of the wheels.. Yup you paid too much for them but I won't fault you for that..
I hope Lexus does make the TRD wheel the new wheel choice for the 2003 SC430 as rumoured..

hehehehe... My wife and I figure that the only way you could get 4 people in the car is if they were all only 4 feet tall. Hmmmm, perhaps Lexus is missing a marketing opportunity here.
Yeah, Sissy has yet to take a ride, but she's quite interested in the possibilities of top-down cruising.
2SAVVY, just please don't ever tell me how much more I paid than I should have...

Great Pictures!!!!!
I've had my Golden Retriever (~75 lbs) ride in my sc430 with the top down and she loves it! To me this is the best use of the back seat.
Ronnie, I noticed you bought yours from Serramonte Lexus. I bought my '95 LS400 from them also. Don't think about the price of the wheels. Just enjoy them. I think they look great!

ronnie_guitar, beautiful SC my man...beaut-if-ful.
A few questions...

What's the model name of the TRD wheels? They look like Lorinsers you see on MBenzes.
Were they a dealer installed option, or aftermarket?
What size are they?
Are you using the stock runflat or non-runflat tires?
TIA
