I thought the ride quality was fine haha, didn't suspect a blown strut at all.

Well thanks a lot for the help guys, really appreciate it

Depending on what year SC430 you have, the springs might not be compatible. I recently tried to install my TEIN spring from my old 2002 SC430 to my new 2007 SC430 and it wasn't compatible. No one out there makes lowering springs for 2004 and up. Your best bet would be coilovers.

Is there a FRONT quick strut type of assembly for 2002 SC 430?

here is a link. basically, just re & re complete assembly, no spring compressing, etc.. This way you get new coils, new strut bearing plates, etc.. AND..best of all... a dummy like me can re & re quite easily. Compressing coil with these cheap compression tools makes me nervous.

I appriciate the education on quick struts. The only I have seen are coil overs but they are not smooth like OEM.

KYB makes our front shocks but they don’t make the rears. Some have said the GS430 rear shocks fit our cars.

Please let us know what you are able to find.
