If you do the headlights, might as well do the whole front, include the bumper with tyhe new fogs. Right?

fogs you can reuse. you will need a new upper grille, bumper, chrome trim pieces for bottom of bumper.

i will just be doing the headlights now though with my existing front end.. still fit fine but snug.. i planned on doing a complete Aimgain body kit for it this summer sometime and body work to fit some aggressive wheels.

Well the light bulb indicator was finally getting to me. So I did the taping and am happy now. It is straight forward and used the directions from pearlpower's original 06+ tails thread.

Here's my DIY on the elimination of the light bulb indicator:

Set your steering wheel all the way down and up.

Pull the CM garnish, the trick is to pull from the left down corner 1st, then proceed clockwise. Put a rag on top of the steerig wheel to protect both sides.

Unclip the connector on the garnish and set aside (clean it before re-assembly).

There are 4 bolts on the CM. Use magnetic screw driver to make sure screw stays and do not fall on the dash. Disconnect the connector, use needle nose plier, take your time be careful.

CM:

Unclip the garnish to reveal the front of the CM.

Peak under the right side indicator, peel off the right upper corner, your target is the 2nd hole from the left.

Prepare your .5 x 0.5 inch tape and tape over the square hole.

Re-assemble back.

Note: Clean the garnish before re-assembly, you do not want alien stuff in there, it will **** you off (happened to me, had to re-do)!

Take your time. No need to break any of the tabs.

That was for the mileage. You need to disconnect before you can pull the garnish out.

LED bulb, too much work to take it out, if it is even feasible. Lots of guys tried, nobody has done the removal of the LED light for the indicator.

This DIY is so easy. No more lights.

Yup, hence the tape was the only way to get rid of the light.
