Did anyone manage to find any simple solutions for 3.5mm input for the 02 SC430?
I've done a few searches, but most threads are so old.
I'm thinking that someone has come out with a product already.

Looked into Vaistech SLU has RCA cable input.

Anything out there that's more direct and simple?

Thx Club Lexus Community.

vais is still the best solution as far as i can tell. your other options are FM transmitter - horrible sound. cassette adaptor - ok sound, sloppy instal. hard wired FM modulator - decent sound, but just as much work to install. and the JL audio cleansweep. it provides RCA input, but its primary function is to clean the audio signal before sending it to aftermarket amps. if you're replacing your speakers, this may be a good option. but if you're only trying to add an ipod, vais is your best option.

It is not a basic solution but there is the Parrot MKi9100 described in this thread: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...for-02-sc.html

I don't know why czerkawski installed the components where he did -- maybe the cables on the MKi9100 were too short. Personally, I think the Parrot display would be better placed somewhere higher on the dash so that the driver wouldn't have to divert his eyes so far away from the road.

I installed a wii in my car last night, but I put the invertor in the centre console and overheated it. Dead now, will see if it comes back to the land of the living.
If it does I'll move it under the seat.
