Well, after much deliberation, I finally decided to take delivery of my new baby...a 2002 Millinium Silver SC430 with black leather and all the goodies! I should be picking it up tomorrow if all goes as planned. Some of you know that I was seriously considering (I put a deposit down) an '02 LS430, but in the end my '92 SC400 wanted a baby brother...so here we are!


Next up...Tein CS coilovers and 20" Work Rezax II's!

The dealer told me that the shipping truck has not picked up my SC from the port in LA yet! Now they're telling me I won't get my car until Monday or Tuesday...the suspense is killing me!!!

 

I know of what you speak. Before I got my SC last year, the day before the intended delivery day, my dealer informed me that the trunk shade was missing. It took more than a week to get the part as the car was sitting in the port.

 

By the way Daygo if you go to MacDonald ave, and ave U in Bkyln you will find NAV-TV to turn your Nav system into a Nav/ DVD system, he charged me $ 950 Did u get your sc at Bayridge Lexus and what did you think of them, I'm not real happy with the service Dept

 

Daygo, wow!!! I just noticed that your in CA, I just took it for granted that Daygo ment your Italiain and 718 is Brooklyn NY's area code well good luck with the sc anyway, your gonna love it and try not to go to Bayridge Lex for service

So what body kit are you gonna get?

 

Manaray- I would love to get the Auto Couture kit, but I am leasing my car. Can the ACS kit be installed and taken off when I return the car? I'm not sure if you have to drill holes to install the kit or not.

Also, I'm pretty set on getting 20x10/20x9 Work Rezax II DDC Super Chrome (sorry Manaray, but I'm a chrome type of guy ) and most likely I will get the Tein CS coilovers as well.

 

Well, after a full week of endless suspense...my SC has finally arrived! I wasn't even expecting it today since the dealer called me yesterday and said it probably won't be in until Monday (probably a sales tactic...now they think they exceeded my expectations!). Anyway, I will be going to the dealer to pick it up this evening!
